You'll want to try this! Peppered pork with apple slaw.

4 x 75g pork loin steaks
olive oil, for brushing
2 teaspoons of cracked pepper
pinch of dried chilli flakes
1 teaspoon sea salt flacks
apple slaw
1 green apple, coarsely grated
1 cup shredded white cabbage
2 tablespoons copped chives
1/4 cup (75g) whole-egg mayonnaise
1 teaspoon honey

Brush pork lightly with olive oil. Combine pepper, chilli and salt and sprinkle over both sides of the pork loin. Preheat a char grilled pan (I just use a frying pan or barbecue) to high, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking, set aside to rest. To make apple slaw, combine the apple, cabbage and chives. Mix mayonnaise and honey together, pour over the slaw and toss to coat. Place the pork on the plates and serve with the apple slaw. Serves 2.

Every time I make this people are impressed, the apple slaw and pork combination is to die for and it's so quick and easy.
